4.) Don't Swallow Your Gum
Swallowing your gum, a huge wad or several small pieces very quickly can lead to intestinal blockage, which is known as bezoar
5.) Cranberry Juice Is Good For Bladder Infections
The nutritional properties of cranberry juice and even blackberry juice are proven combatants to the bacteria that causes infection.
6.) Peanut Butter Will Remove Gum
Rubbing a small amount of peanut butter will most definitely get that sticky gum off of most surfaces.

This is true for men. When men take hot baths or spend too much time in hot tubs, the sperm count is significantly lower than men who opt for less heated environments.

Researchers found that people who stood in cold baths versus hot baths were more susceptible to the cold virus. So, grab your coat.

Apples contain nutrients that help fight against cancer and other illnesses, so it's at least a start.
11.) Carrots Are Good For Your Eyes
While it won't cure blindness, the high beta carotene found in carrots severely reduce the risk of macular degeneration later in life.
12.) Chicken Soup Fights The Cold Virus
Chicken soup has actually been found to have anti-inflammatory properties that sooth upper respiratory infections.
13.) Don't Swim After Eating
When you eat, blood flows to your digestive tract. When you exercise, blood flows to your muscles. Too much of that will cause cramps.
