If you thought that all dogs were good at fetch...you may want to brace yourself. I have some bad news: not all dogs posses the ability (or desire) to catch that ball or stick you throw for them, but that's not to say that the effort isn't there! I mean, think about it...I'm sure there's a simple task you're not good at, too. Maybe some days you bump into every other person on the street, or maybe you forget how to calculate that 20% tip. These are pretty basic human-type things, right?
Let's start off right: fetch addiction is a real thing.
But not everyone has his grace...
"...Totally meant to do that."
"I don't have time for your games, human. I just wanna swim!"
"I'll just chill here for a minute."
Not that that's the complete wrong direction, or anything.
"Deep breaths...you can do this!"
So, so close.
Sometimes...there just are no words.
"Oh, you wanted me to catch that? I'm not conforming to your standards, human."
"...Will you ever learn?"
"That was just for dramatic effect!"
"At least I look pretty!"
"C'mon dude, I had it!"
Pretty sure you're not supposed to get trapped in the object you're fetching.
...Cool backflip, though!
Can we see that in slo-mo?
That moment when you realize it's all going downhill:
Hey, good luck with this one.
I mean, if you make it work...
Zero for three, pup. Get it together.
"Too many options. TOO. MANY!"
"WAY TOO MANY."
"SOS. SOS. SOS. I NEED BACKUP!"
I'd actually call this a total win.
Some obstacles are just too high.
What was the plan here? Were you going to fit the whole thing in your mouth? Fail from the start.
...We all have our off days.
