I love my job.I mean, who wouldn't? I get to write about puppies, kittens, inspiring stories, travel destinations...you name it! But that doesn't mean I don't have serious job-envy of others.

Back to life...back to reality. The holidays are officially over. I wish we could say the same thing for Winter, but unfortunately, it's just getting started. Starting right after Halloween, we expect (even wish for) the weather to be cold and snowy. It just doesn't feel like Christmas unless everyone is bundled up and skidding their way to Grandma's house on poorly plowed roads.
There's nothing better than seeing an overly happy animal just living its happy little life. It's science. There's just something about watching a pup do his happy dance that can turn any awful day around.
The winter blues have finally set in. Sure, the days are "officially" becoming longer, but the weather is definitely also getting colder. In other words, there are few things that will get you out of your warm bed -- food, work, and maybe showering are on the list.
